'We Are So Lucky' Celebrating 13 years

Gallery at 12 is celebrating 13 years of trade in Eccleshall. Its members will be celebrating with a special show entitled
'We Are So Lucky’.
The exhibition wishes to convey a message of thankfulness and hope for our, currently, uncertain future.

This exhibition will be running throughout the month of May.
Open 10am-5pm Mondays to Saturdays.

Helen Cartlidge - Fine Artist

As a founding artist Helen explains how the Gallery at 12 started...
"A few artists, myself included, from Staffordshire got together to form a gallery without a gallery owner,  so that we could be in total charge of what we wanted to create.
After long discussions and a lot of meetings on how we should run it, then ins and outs etc..... to cut a long story short, Gallery at 12 was created!!!  We picked a place to have our gallery and that, of course, was in the Arcade,12 High Street, Eccleshall.

Some members have left, to go on to pastures new and many members have joined us throughout those years, keeping the gallery fresh and revitalised. We are now celebrating our 13 years with an exhibition of our present members.
We'd planned to title the exhibition 'Lucky for Some' .... but in this time of distress and for some not so lucky, we decided to change it to... ' We are so Lucky ' 

Because we are ... and celebrating not only our 13 years of the Gallery at 12, but living in this wonderful, free, beautiful country of ours."
